
Vitamins for kids are very essential because nowadays
there are lots of epidemic diseases everywhere. Vitamins are defined as any organic substance good for the body.
According to studies kids doesn't need to have all the capsules, liquid
vitamins, and other types of scientific vitamins.
What do children really need in order to have a healthy body? Vitamins don't only talk about what children will intake but rather there are also other vitamins that would make kids healthy.
A healthy lifestyle would be the best vitamin kids
can have. Everything is natural and everything is in accordance with the plan
of their growth. Teaching them how to eat vegetables and fruits would be the
best. Also, having a balance diet in their own way and reward them with
chocolates or something sweet. At least, in this way, they can reduce their
cravings of candies, junk food, and food from food chains.
One healthy lifestyle is looking at the environment
of the children. Parents should see to it that they are not exposed to harmful,
violent, and untidy environment. If they will be exposed to these kinds of
environment it might be the most traumatic exposure they would have. They will
be emulating all what they see outside and then do it inside their homes. If
they do it inside their homes, their homes will be broken and it will add to
their trauma and eventually if they get marry they will bring that orientation
in their families.
Another is exposing them to be kind, to be a lovable
person, to be a good example, and to be the best of everything despite
circumstances. Nurturing these abstract nouns will make their lives fruitful
and happy. These would nourish the heart and soul and eventually be the best
vitamin a child could ever have and will soon pay it forward to the people he would
know and be with as he grow up. These would make him feel better but of course
with proper guidance and counseling from the parents, church, and from the
words of God.
Vitamins are also a word for nurturing and exposing
and it will be the best vitamin if we have a healthy and conducive lifestyle!
